Oscar Miller diaries, 1889-1957.

Diaries (1899-1957) of Oscar Miller, a Chicago personal injury lawyer. Oscar Miller was born and raised in Chicago and lived in the city, although he had a farm in northern Illinois, until he retired to California in 1950. He married a teacher from St. Louis in 1942, Hortense Miller, and they established a home and garden at Laguna Beach in California. Over the years, he travelled extensively and kept his journals as matter of fact reminders of his adventures. Box 1, 1899-1905. Box 2, 1905-1919. Box 3, 1919-1928. Box 4, 1928-1936. Box 5, 1937-1946.
